At Signac Pens, we strive for perfection in every stroke, but if your purchase isn't the perfect fit, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. All items must be in their original, unused condition and accompanied by the signature luxury packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the pen in its original display box and protective sleeve to ensure it remains undamaged during transit.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
